Please also thank your various tradesmen. We were impressed with all of them not only for their quality of work but also their consideration of our requirements, their “on time” attendance and especially their care and consideration of our home. They were all “professionals”.
We really appreciated your reliability – you always kept us “in the loop” – we felt we knew what was happening and, importantly, when it would happen. We realize we set a tight timetable because of family commitments and were so pleased you were able to deliver everything on time, every time.
