But then this is no ordinary powder room. From the onset, this space is destined to dazzle. A grand mosaic feature wall is the first thing to capture the attention of guests, making a refreshing change from the unsightly toilet that was previously seen from the entry.
Tranquil Renovations worked closely with designer Lawrence Delahunt of Kitchen Excellence to select a range of quality finishes to achieve a modern, opulent look and feel. Stunning back granite tiles were chosen for the
floors to match the patterned feature wall, while a unique combination of materials was utilised for the gorgeous vanity.
With vacuum-formed New Barron Alder polytec doors and a custom-made Regal Black Smartstone top, the vanity brings a luxurious feel to the already lavish space. The same careful attention was given to the area’s layout. The room was designed to maximise floor space, providing the owners with as much “powdering” room as possible. The plumbing was also relocated to suit the new design, with the toilet featuring a hidden undercounter cistern and many of the other
unattractive pipes concealed out of the view of visitors. Tranquil Renovations has successfully created a dramatic powder room that will outshine the runof-the-mill bathroom and is guaranteed to impress family and friends.
